Venice Lido Waterpark Vacations

The Eurostars Hotel was a lovely place for us to stay during our short weekend trip to Venice. The location was great and tucked away from all the crowds, but just a short walk away from anything we wanted to do. I absolutely loved Venice, and half of that came from where we stayed, so I definitely plan to be back. The room was clean, the property was very nice, and the staff was so kind.

Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . We booked Hotel Boite largely because of the spa, which is prominently featured throughout the hotel’s photos and booking page. This was very misleading. The spa is not part of the hotel—it’s a 10-minute walk or short drive away. After a long hike, we wasted time searching for the sauna before the front desk told us it was at a separate facility. To compensate, they gave us one free hour at the spa but failed to mention towels were not provided. We were told to either rent towels for €5 each or walk back to the hotel to get our own. The spa itself was also disappointing, with the “vascular path” consisting of little more than painful rocks. Housekeeping was equally frustrating. Our room wasn’t cleaned until late afternoon, our towels weren’t replaced, and staff left cleaning supplies in our bathroom. We put them in the hallway, and they were still there the next day. For a hotel claiming to be four stars, it misses many of the details that matter. The staff was not particularly attentive, there was no coffee in the room, breakfast was entirely self-service, and the air conditioning barely worked, leaving our room over 80°F every night. The location is convenient for exploring the Dolomites, but overall the misleading spa advertising, poor housekeeping, lack of attention to detail, and nonfunctional AC made this a disappointing stay.

We loved our stay here. It’s the perfect location, the rooms are really clean and the breakfast was wonderful. We would definitely stay here when visiting Venice next time.

Not worth the price per night, especially with no amenities like spa, pool, or jacuzzi. Since local train station and airport are near by, hotel should offer rides free of charge after booking.

This is one of the best hotel that I stayed in Europe. The service was amazing and the food was extraordinary, particularly the one in the Glam Restaurant…,simply outstanding.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Nice location. Walkable distance from the station. Easy to access the boat transportation. Nice restaurants near the hotel.
