Very friendly. You cannot expect how the breakfast was of the highest quality with amazing view. It is a destination of hollywood superstars like Al pacino and piearce brasnon. Rooms are very classic but clean and air conditioned. I really recomment this hotel. Unfortunately for the rest of our trip we had to book leboulevard hotel as Laguna was sold out. Lido island is very calm and peaceful. Villa Lagua is located just beside the terminal, so very convenient to move Venice and main land. The view was execellent, especially sunset is the most beautiful! Breakfast was so good and I could enjoy it seeing wonderful views. Strongly I recommend you should stay there.
