I was in this hotel 2 nights. It is a beautiful hotel boutique, quiet and clean. Comfortable room. I liked a lot the client service, excellent, amiable personal. The breakfast was sooooo good :-) The station where you take the vaporetto to move to the Plaza San Marco and other places is only 4 or 5 minutes from the hotel. Now I understand the reason of other clients to rating it with higher feedback. I will go there again!

Hidden Gem in Lido Island
Pros: Free parking, easy to walk to get to ferry port to Venice and other islands. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding. Quiet area. Very good service at breakfast. Plenty of breakfast amount. Cons: Room is small but enough. Room card get malfunction (maybe due to magnetic surrounding) but it was quickly solved. No lift so don’t bring heavy stuff to your room.

Such a charming hotel! The staff was wonderful and helped us to arrange car ferry service to the island. Breakfast was wonderful, and the balcony on the rooftop gave a wonderful view of the city. We will definitely return!
