Great location and perfectly located across from the vaporetto and alilaguna stops. Great shops and restaurants around the hotel and an easy place to explore Lido from. Staff were very hospitable and friendly.

Awesome service and fabulous view. The breakfast is decent as well. The condition of the rooms, however, is pretty bad. The bed is not comfortable and there’s basically no way to shower - the shower head is there but there is no space to stand.

Lovely boutique hotel overlooking the lagoon. The location is unique and the water taxis give you 24/7 access to all points in Venice. The buffet breakfast is also awesome.
