Good location if you want to be close to everything.

Convenient location, easy walking distance to Canada Place and other tourist attractions. Room was very modern and clean but could have more available outlets near the beds.

Had dirty bedding stuffs and no response after complaining.

Loved the facility and location. Great views. Room had a bit of an unpleasant smell. Seemed clean but had an odour.

Parking space are too small

Great property, room was clean, spacious and well maintained. However, check in was not good because the room wasn’t ready on time. Staff was generally nice but I wouldn’t say it was 5-star service however it is a fantastic property.

Room was superb with fantastic views of the harbour. Plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets locally too. If you book SIXT for rental cars they are onsite at the hotel which was super convenient. Make sure you are aware of where they collect you from at the airport. I didn’t and paid $35 for a cab. My error.

Hotel was great. A great location with multiple food and shopping options in walking distance. Staff was wonderful. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

It was not easy to locate due to not visible signage. Room is dated. Crack in wall by shower, should not be so at this price point. The sofa bed had cheetos crumbs on it. I would say when I called to complain about this, the lady at the front desk promptly responded and cleaned it and brought new sheets. Internet in room with posted password not working. It is an old building adjacent to the pub which as for sale by the Mary street entrance. Walls very thin, can hear singing from next room and room above movements constantly.

If it was included breakfast , that would be perfect
