Room was nice and clean

Love this place! Second time staying with this property. my sister and I stayed 3 nights to celebrate her birthday and the staff had a left a card and some sweet treats. Love that their double room has two queen beds and the balcony is a great feature. The staff is very helpful and always friendly. In room bottled water is a big draw for us. Only downside, for us, is no microwave in the room for door dash.

Great location, big rooms

This is a beautiful property and perfectly located. I want to give a special shout out to Harman for going the extra to make our stay more comfortable. Fortunately there were extra rooms that she was able to show me because the pre booked room contained a Murphy bed, which would not have worked well at all. I was actually very surprised that was being offered, as well as the teeny one person balcony, because neither seem conducive for a nice stay. I was able to upgrade to the one bedroom. I would normally rate with five stars but the nights were very uncomfortable due to the internal temperature controls. We had difficulty sleeping both nights because it seemed very hot and stuffy. Unless we just didn’t know how, it didn’t appear we had the ability to make the room any cooler. Other than the lack of personal temperature control and the possibility we could have ended up in that silly Murphy bed/teeny balcony suite, it would have been a five star rating. Once again thanks so much to Harman for improving what she did.

The Sutton was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We also went swimming and the amenities were great. Room was gorgeous and we got upgraded which was so lovely. Highly recommend.

The Douglas was an unexpected gem. We chose it for the location, but the staff and the quality of the furnishings and amenities was fantastic.

Stayed at the Fairmont Gold in Whistler recently. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, but unfortunately the overall Gold experience did not live up to expectations. The service felt below the standard I would expect from Fairmont Gold. While there is a lounge/buffet for Gold guests, it is quite limited and consists mostly of light snacks rather than a meaningful breakfast or food offering. I would not recommend counting on it as part of the value of the stay. Overall, while the accommodations were good, I personally did not find the Fairmont Gold upgrade worth the additional cost.

Staff were fantastic, great location, Spa service was excellent. Also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and pool.

Hotel was great, but staff were outstanding, including in the restaurant and bar. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect property if you’re gonna be leaving on a cruise, beautiful pool, beautiful location great rooms great staff

Room was nice and clean

The hosts/hotel staff were incredible. I had family arrive early while my flight was delayed, but the staff did everything to accommodate them, letting them check-in earlier and supported them even though my family doesn't speak a word of English. I was seriously impressed with the great service. Thank you so much!
