The room was very clean and bath room was also very clean.

Overall, things were good, but I was disappointed by the staff member who attended to me; it spoiled the enjoyment of my birthday celebration which was the very reason I had gone there. Fortunately, a Manager who was nearby stepped in to vouch for me, and I was able to get a room .

We had an excellent stay at the Victoria Regent Waterfront Hotel & Suites. Our suite was spacious, very clean, and comfortably furnished, with a comfortable bed and a fully functional kitchen. A full coffee maker with delicious, high-quality pre-ground coffee was a thoughtful touch. We had a partial harbor view overlooking a park, the harbor, and the Johnson Street Bridge, along with plenty of windows offering beautiful city views. The balcony sliders opened on both sides, and the combination of the cityscape, harbor activity, and sounds of Victoria was so relaxing that we never even turned on the television. The suite offered excellent value compared with a standard hotel room, and we genuinely enjoyed spending time there. The exterior walkways and landscaping were beautifully maintained. The staff was exceptional. We were always greeted warmly, every question was answered, and every need was handled with impeccable service. We would absolutely stay here again. In my view, this hotel operates at an exceptionally high standard.
