We were not aware that there is a street parking spot right in front of the hotel for unloading our bags. Information on off-site parking should be offered automatically. In the suite all the blinds are in terrible shape, and some cannot be closed. The bathroom door knob is very worn out. More coffee, sugar and cream bags should be available for at least the duration of the stay.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel au Héron - Studios Nature. Dès notre arrivée, on se sent tout de suite pris en charge par la simplicité du processus : le check-in et le check-out se font de manière totalement autonome et fluide, sans aucune friction. Le studio en soi est un véritable havre de paix d'une propreté étincelante et irréprochable. Côté design et confort, c'est un sans-faute. La cuisine est ultra-fonctionnelle et l'équipement général est moderne et ultra-complet, on ne manque jamais de rien. Mention spéciale pour la salle de bain qui est tout simplement WOW, digne d'un grand hôtel, et pour l'espace spa qui est un pur bonheur pour décompresser en pleine nature. C'est l'endroit parfait qui allie confort moderne et tranquillité. On sent que chaque détail a été pensé pour le bien-être des invités. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter une seconde et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés ! Merci pour ce séjour parfait.

Very nice, clean studio space in a perfect location. The only consideration is that there isn't a closet for clothing/luggage but everything else was great!

This is an apartment in a standard old 3 story Montreal building. Very representative of typical downtown Montreal living. But beware - these places have little or no soundproofing. You will hear every footstep of the people above you, and the voices next door. This was OK for much of our stay but we were unlucky the first night, when people upstairs, including children, were walking and running almost continually until 1am, preventing sleep. But the other nights were not so bad. There is a lot of space, a good kitchen, and a bus stop to central Montreal right outside. And it is in an area with many nice cafes, restaurants, and tiny unique shops.

Restaurant is lacking

We had a great weekend at the Sofitel! The hotel is central and is an easy walk to Rue St Catherine for shopping, Old Montreal and Rue St Laurent. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel is next to a bar and is not soundproofed. I could feel the bass thumping and could hear the music despite wearing earplugs.

This was a great property for our group of 5. Lots of space to have family members come for a visit and have a meal together. Modern finishes and furniture. Clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It's close to the subway which is very convenient and there are grocery stores in the area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
