Room was clean, quiet and reasonably comfortable. Nice to have an iMac in the room. Bed was pretty comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Liked the modern bathroom. Was really cold when we stayed so didn't get to walk around, but nice restaurants not far away by car. Continental Breakfast was good.Liked that hard boiled eggs and cheese included. I love Petit Quebec cheddar!

"A good place"
Best stay for the price, my stay was very short, so I did not get to explore the hotel facilities, and this comment only goes for that. What I wanted was to have a nice sleep, not more than 10 minutes drive to downtown Montreal and a very reasonable price. I truly doubt (by experience, staying in many hotels in Montreal), that any place could beat this one, for the large, nice, clean room, with an excellent shower, yet an insanely low price. I will stray there any other time that I am paying.

"Great staff, clean and comfortable hotel"
I stayed with 3 friends for 2 nights and we all enjoyed our stay. Everything was great and it's a perfect location for those visiting both Montreal and Quebec City. The sausages at breakfast were too hard, though.

"Great hotel for price in perfect location "
I love this hotel and have stayed here twice. It is in the perfect location--right in the center of Old Montreal and the eclectic Latin Quarter. The staff is always extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and super comfortable. The included breakfast is an obvious plus as well.

"Favourite location in Old Mtl. "
I like the proximity to all the best restaurants and the Old Port. If you're traveling on business take a morning run in the Old Port or finish your day at Bota Bota spa on the water. Hambar restaurant off the lobby has a great vibe for post work cocktails and dinner is always great too. Quick continental breakfast is convenient.

"Walking distance to the Bell Centre."
Nice hotel, walking distance to the Bell Centre. The outside could use a little tlc. When we were there it was very icy from the parking lot to come into the B&B and dangerous to walk. A little salt and shoveling could'very solved the problem.

"Nice Hotel Downtown Montreal"
Hotel Bonaventure is an older hotel but showed no signs of wear in the rooms and facilities. Room was clean and comfortable. The year round outside pool is a unique feature, especially in winter time. We were able to access the Underground without going outside and walk to St. Catherine and the Bell Centre.
