Location in the Garden District was perfect. All the staff was attentive and helpful. The men who manned the valet desk were super. They were very helpful in helping us with restaurants and other helpful directions. RJ - gentleman in the morning was super!! Enjoyed my conversation with him. Room was a little dated, but was what we expected with a historical hotel. Not an issue. The piano bar was really coo! Breakfast selection at the Whistle Stop was limited, but ok. The ladies working the coffee bar were GREAT people. Overall a great stay and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

Nice modern hotel in a good location just outside the French Quarter. Comfy beds! However, our room's a/c didn't work. 2 maintenance people checked it and said it was fine, but it never cooled the room. They gave us a fan for the night, but it was very warm. They moved us the next day and comped the night, which was very appreciated! Other than that hiccup, it was a wonderful stay.
