Only 1 floor had ice, which was 2 floors below us. For the price we paid , you would think it would have refrigerator. We had good interaction with the staff. First time in New Orleans. Getting around was pretty easy using the street car system.

Room was clean, I liked that the housekeeping services texted us about our room cleaning and we were able to let them know when we were out and about so they could get in. Staff was friendly, great location! Great coffee service in the lobby every morning!
