Staff was courteous, professional, & accommodating.

The room is impressively huge. Fairly clean (even though it is an old building). Staff are helpful.

The horseshoe was great. The ride service that we ordered was NOT great as they could not accommodate my husband since his returning flight was at 7am. He had to be awake all night for the driver to pick him up at 3am and take him to the airport at that time. He said he wants to be picked up later in which he was told that could not happen. We will never use the ride service again.

Room was ok … decent … outdated . The drawers wouldn’t stop opening y but itself … tv remote and programs didn’t work … bathroom shower with very low water pressure and water was coming out of the head of the shower

Staff was super friendly, rooms were very clean and the perfect location. The beds need to be updated. They aren’t the most comfortable. I’d give it a 5 if they upgraded the beds.
