Great Barrier Reef All inclusive Vacations

The room was clean and very spacious, it had a mini fridge and all which is hard to come by with rooms directly on the strip!

There is the feeling of dispondent bankruptcy about what once was an outstanding boutique hotel. There is no one to help with your luggage. There is only a student at the front desk, struggling to comply with all the travellers needs. Checking in, checking out, moving heavy suitcases around, room problems, telephone calls to front desk. Management is a remote camera. Requests only by email and are brusquely refused Gone are the amenities, in room coffee and water. To make matters worse, there is no cable TV. To US citizens it means watching TV on their phones or iPads and to non citizens this means, no TV other than three religious stations or two Chinese language. The once charming bar and dining area is now sheathed in darkness, which is approximately half of the reception. Suitable only for an overnight stay..

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Everything was beautiful! The property was clean and comfortable, and the staff was kind and pleasant. My only disappointment was that after checkout, I was billed for alcoholic beverages and an intimacy kit. I called to let them know that we did not use any of these products, and they kindly refunded the charges. I appreciate that they resolved the issue and refunded me, but I still didn’t appreciate being charged for items that we did not use and would not have touched. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Had been to Ft. Lauderdale and wanted to check for a decent none night stay in Miami and found this hotel Thro Expedia . Expedia rated this high and happy that we chose this place . Nice location. 5 mins off the beach . The beach is just walkable from this hotel. Very good service . The guy in lobby was very helpful . There was a donminos pizza next door , which was very useful for kids. Amenities were decent . They had an outdoor swimming pool . Slightly smaller .. there were 2-3 families swimming and it was almost full :) washer dryer worked but it was good .. elevator was small and sometimes slow . We didn’t find a gym. No complimentary breakfast.. parking was a bit wierd and cramped ! They charged per night which was slightly expensive . The rooms were awesome ! It was good sized for the price . Also had a kitchen.. though we didn’t use the kitchen , it is very good to have , just incase . Bed was comfortable .. bathrooms were neat . Price wise I think this room was very good and value for money . Wanted to give 3 , but just for the room and pricing , I’m giving it a 4 . Good experience overall .
