Smooth check-in process, friendly and knowledgeable GSA’s. Clean and well appointed apartments, with great views of River Derwent. Well located, away from the busy streets of Downtown Hobart, but only a short 2.5km drive into CBD. Only issue we came across was the mattress, very firm, almost too hard to be comfortable.

Charming retreat close to everything. We had a great short stay here and would definitely come again. The room was very comfortable (especially the heated tiles in the ensuite) and the whole building itself and the grounds were beautiful. Lovely breakfast including their in-house apricot jam.

The location was great, the staff too, the room was ok, a lot of mosquitos and bugs inside, I also paid for a nice room and got an old one, not the ones that they show on the pictures. The terrace you can’t use it because it’s so bushy outside. Anyway, the stay was fair
