Ventura - Oxnard − Vacances tout inclus

Magique, decalé, service attentif, parties communes grandes et agreables. La piscine un peu petite pour la taille de l'etablissement, mais c'est le seul bemol

Parfait

Merveilleux super endroit vraiment rien a dire. . Très bel hôtel très silencieux dégustations de vins Californien tous les soirs compris dans le prix tout servis avec un personnel très compétent.

We had a mixed experience - the room itself was clean and modern, good location, easy parking. Kitchen was useful with pots and pans etc. Nice communal rooftop. However, the room description is inaccurate - we specially booked a room with a washing machine. As we were 2 weeks into a 3 week road trip this was important to us! I also messaged them directly and an agent confirmed to me it had a washing machine. However, on arrival there was no washing machine. Whilst they apologised and allowed us to use the housekeeping washing machine after 4pm, this was inconvenient. The description continues to state it includes a washing machine so if, like us, this is important to you, book somewhere else. During our stay I was sent a payment link and told I needed to pay. I had to check my records and confirm that I’d already paid - this caused necessary confusion and concern. Upon check out we were offered 2 different small token amounts by way of apology by 2 different agents. We ended up being given the lower amount but it was confusing to have 2 offers by 2 different people. Also our unit had no windows which wasn’t expected.
