Amazing, loved my stay...what a great location!

I was not crazy about this property because the rooms are outdated. The casino and food court are really nice, but the rooms suck. My room carpet was so stained and the shower floor looked as if it has not been cleaned EVER. I hated that I left my shower shoes. Next time I am in the area, I will stay at the MGM. I gave the hotel a chance because someone recommended it, and the pictures online looked nice. If you choose to stay at this hotel, do not go the pictures on the website. Again, the rooms in the hotel are OLD. And lastly, if you want to use a microwave, you have to rent one for $25.

Unfortunately, our stay at the Graduate by Hilton Ann Arbor very disappointing, especially considering the cost of the room. The staff was very nice and friendly, but there were several issues with our room. There were not enough easily accessible outlets for charging phones. While looking for outlets around the bed, we noticed how dusty and dirty it was behind and around the bed. The showerhead also had green buildup on it. There was no soap in the shower dispenser, and the conditioner dispenser was either empty or the pump was broken. The room also really needs a nightlight or some type of low-level lighting. It was completely pitch dark at night. After getting up to use the bathroom, I couldn’t see where the bed was when I returned and actually fell while trying to get back onto it. This felt like a safety issue that could easily be prevented with a small nightlight. Our room also had not been made up by 4:00 p.m., which was inconvenient. The staff was very pleasant, but unfortunately, between the cleanliness issues, lack of basic amenities, poor lighting, and housekeeping, this was not the comfortable stay we expected.
