I stayed here for a few nights and it was the people who made my stay special. Amir at reception helped me again and again. He greeted me with a smile every single time and he took care of every request with real kindness. You can tell he cares about his guests. Dua made my check-in quick and easy on my first day. Fahim from housekeeping was very kind and helped me carry my bags and get settled as soon as I arrived, before I even asked. And Waseem, who drives the shuttle, was always on time and always kind. This is a new hotel and I did not know what to expect. What I found was a team that treats every guest with care. I will gladly be back here next time I’m visiting.

We had fantastic experience at this hotel. Except our breakfast interaction with locals ruined that experience. I waited in line to order my omelette. Just as it was ready, a Saudi kid walked up—who hadn’t been waiting or anywhere in sight—and the local chef handed my food directly to him. When I asked the chef why he did that, he offered no explanation and didn't even apologize; he just started making another one. His nonchalant reaction made it clear that this is norm here. I was furious and felt completely disrespected. I think this might be a broader societal issue, but since it happened at a high-end property where I paid a premium to stay, the hotel needs to take ownership. Otherwise, the facilities, room, cleanliness, convenience, extremely helpful foreign staff, good breakfast selection - all of those were great. This hotel could be 5 star except their local staff needs to be properly trained to be respectful to all the guests not just the locals.

It had been an amazing stay at Tilal Jabal al Kaaba. At check-in we're given room # 1805, and we're so tired of our long journey from New York, couldn't assess the condition of the room at the beginning. That room appeared very dirty. We met housekeeping supervisor Ms. Sumayya at the lobby and discussed about the room. She took our concern very seriously and immediately provided us with a much better and cleaner room. Special thanks to Ms. Sumayya for being so prompt to resolve our issue. Hotel shuttle to the masjid was a great help for us. Housekeeping staff Mosharof did an excellent job every day. We will always remember Mr. Abdul Majeed who always entertained us with big smiles and refreshing hibiscus tea. We will inshallah come back to Tilal next Ramadan and will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Cleaning Guy on Tower 1 floor 37 excellent guy.

Water leaking from Ac upon checking into the room. Constant smell from bathroom. Broken bathroom door handle. Electricity went off on the last night . No water in bathroom afterwards - rude, unhelpful and unprofessional staff

The best hotel,clean, staff,3 minutes walk to The Prophet's Mosque, breakfast was amazing , dinner was delicious, Mohammed Al-Mahasmiwas very nice nice very professional, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The food was delicious, fresh, and well prepared, with a great variety of options. The staff were very friendly, polite, and attentive throughout my stay. Their excellent service and welcoming attitude made the dining experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to the food and restaurant team for their hard work and hospitality. I truly appreciated the service and would be happy to visit again!and I want to thank everyone who helped us Mazen first when we arrived.definitely I will be back.
