I just spent 3 fantastic days at Valeria Jardins d'Agadir and I highly recommend it! The staff were very welcoming and helpful from check-in. The rooms are clean, comfortable and recently renovated. The All Inclusive food was great with a lot of variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The buffet had international and Moroccan dishes and everything was fresh. The pools and gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. The hotel is also just a 5-minute walk from Agadir beach. For the price and service, it’s excellent value. The room was cleam. The staff was courteous for the most part but they seemed reserve preferential treatment for certain groups of people. I did not feel I was treated as equally as other guests. I felt I had to make certain requests and sometimes several times to get services that I observed others gettingg without making requests. The staff needs additonal training on bias and unintended prejudice (assuming it was unintended)

2nd visit to this hotel. Spa was amazing can highly recommend the couples hamman package. Gym is ok but basic. Room we had this time wasn’t as good as last year looked over roof of restaurant

The staff was amazing! Everyone was very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a good time. 10/10 recommend coming here!

Their attention to detail was remarkable; they remembered my preferred drinks and were always ready to assist with anything we needed, whether at the bar or in our room. Their outstanding customer service exceeded all expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

1st room was a very long walk to the restaurant and pool, swapped to 2nd room had a very bad smell, swapped to 3rd room closer all areas of the resort and was comfortable, room furnitures are very old from the 70’s, you have to pay to use safe in the room, front reception staff are very helpful, Wifi very poor, good verity of breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all, not a bad resort for a low budget.

Nice hotel overall for the price you pay (budget friendly option), but slightly older/worn out. Large facilities and pool area, restaurants were not anything I would recommend but there are options nearby and only 10 min taxi to central Marrakech. We stayed for 2 nights and was out a lot. Concierge was helpful to organize taxi to Agadir, but I tried calling reception to get an iron and never heard back. There also was a nightclub nearby playing very high music into the night, bring earplugs!
