I like to pick resorts with great beach access for snorkeling and ones that are 4-5 stars for amenities. We love this resort because of the snorkelling, and great tennis facilities. Victor who ran the activity center was excellent. He was our archery instructor and helped get us our tennis equipment every morning. He took the time to help my wife with her Spanish. In fact all of the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service all over the resort. Special mention also goes to Donald who ran the turbo class. We found that the drinks at the Grand Palladium were generally better quality than some other resort we have tried. One big bonus of this stay was enjoying VIP status because of booking with Expedia. This allowed us to enjoy the entire resort and get priority booking at the restaurants. We would highly recommend this resort.
