Even during their "off season" everything was amazing. We loved our stay the staff were very kind and welcoming. We will be back!!

Swim up room on the adults only side at El Beso was fantastic! The room was clean, and bucket decorated. This is a very well maintained resort. Buffet was phenomenal, with so many options, changing significantly daily. On site “reservation” restaraunts were delicious, with lots of options. The lower beachside restaraunt was being renovated, which would have been nice to know as we booked. It was very loud, and very disorganized at the beach, and beach pool. Did appreciate the satellite bar set up daily down there! Lots of wildlife at this resort! The staff was fantastic, the spa was nice. It’s a very clean, very well maintained resort. Has a discteque, live entertainment- and a bowling alley.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort and found it to be very family-friendly, with plenty of activities and amenities for children. Our hotel room was decent overall. The bed was comfortable and spacious enough for our family. The bathroom, however, showed some signs of wear and could have been cleaner. Some of the grout had noticeable discoloration, and the bathtub had some dust and grime buildup. We also found that the shower tended to leak water onto the bathroom floor, as there was nothing to prevent the water from escaping the shower area. The air conditioning was another issue. Although the thermostat was set to 17°C, the A/C felt quite weak and did not cool the room as effectively as expected. Toward the end of our stay, it stopped working altogether in the middle of the night. Thankfully, after contacting the resort, a technician came fairly quickly and resolved the issue. The food was decent overall, although out of the 11 restaurants, we personally only really enjoyed about three of them. There was certainly a good variety of options, but the quality and taste were inconsistent depending on the restaurant. One of the highlights of our stay was the staff. From the servers and front desk staff to the bellboys, everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and hardworking. Overall, we had an enjoyable family vacation.

An Exceptional Experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort Our experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort was truly exceptional, and a huge part of what made our stay so memorable was the incredible team. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a level of hospitality that made us feel truly valued. The front desk clerk was wonderful — professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a sincere smile. She immediately created a feeling that we were not simply guests, but truly cared for. Our bellman, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. His attentiveness and friendly personality made every interaction pleasant and effortless. At Blue Moon Restaurant, our waiter, and hostess, stood out for their exceptional service. They were attentive, personable, and genuinely passionate about making every dining experience special. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail were evident, and it was clear that they truly enjoy what they do. The Guest Experience team — Deserves special recognition as well. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to accommodate made us feel incredibly blessed throughout our stay. Our massage therapists, provided an experience that was both professional and relaxing. Their skill, care, and attention made the massages great! We left with wonderful memories.

We travel yearly to Mexico and this was my all-time favorite resort after 20+ years of traveling and staying at other places, ocean Maya Royale will be our go to next year. The staff is fabulous. I can’t name them all, but to give a few shout out Moses and entertainment Sandy at the breakfast buffet and Francisco, the bartender. But all the staff was great. The facilities are very nice and the food was really good
