Excellent staff and the resort grounds were beautiful, even after Hurricane Lowell.

Good stay in a great location

I wish I had a better experience because don’t get me wrong this is a beautiful place. But to get treated by staff the way my father and I did was just unacceptable. You are supposed to apparently receive bracelets when checking in, but the person checking us in never gave us them. No big deal, until I went to go down a water slide and a worker there told me “if you come any further you are going to get trespassed. We will call the police.” No explanation, no “did they give you a bracelet at the front desk,” no “are you staying here?” It’s one thing to just ask but to threaten to call the police on me for a place I paid for is wild. Then talking to customer service they also were not kind or accommodating. “If you want to leave then you can,” they said. My dad and I ended up leaving early. It’s a shame that you have such a beautiful place, but your staff is so unpleasant. Also, the tram was broken and when it was running a good portion didn’t have AC. This place just needs to do better. There also aren’t great dinner spots around and it’s in a super remote location.

Possibly the nicest resort on Oahu. The Disney hospitality puts it over the top. It gets very crowded but service never suffers.

First, the check-in staff were quick, the room was clean and very nice. The hotel is airport close which was the main reason for pick. Everything else was a plus. I will stay there again when in town.
