Quintana Roo Scuba Diving Vacations

Stay was very relaxing and concierge helped a lot with planning. Only downside was the construction on the other half of the pool area but renovations looked great by the time we left.

I’ve stayed here twice. The 2 bedroom suite is perfect for families.

Great staff, beach is awesome and private. Safe. Child and dog friendly , cozy bed. Great view from 4th floor balcony. Breakfast had many choices. Dinner and lunch great menu. I planned on four days and stayed 8 Options for food across street were good. Short ride to town. I’d stay here again and will.

Water was leaking from ceiling when it rained. Water flow from shower was so slow. There was a huge ant infestation that was present throughout our entire stay. The first day wee were given pastries as a gift upon our first arrival, and was surrounded entirely by ants everywhere in large quantities. We immediately called room service to put a stop to it, and we were given a can of bug spray that was almost empty. The days after we had ants all over the floors at random places in time. They were from the floor, to behind the bed frame, or sink. It was uncomfortable knowing that each time I set foot in the room, ants could be near or on you when you're sleeping. It ruined the enjoyment of the rooms. This is beyond disgusting and UNACCEPTABLE. It needs to be addressed immediately so other guests do not have this type of problem. The bartenders need more experience on how to make cocktails. All drinks were mainly fruit juice and colored syrup with less alcohol. Sometimes it felt they were improvising instead of following certain recipes on how to make drinks properly. Food is a mixed bag. There is not much to choose from when it comes to buffets compared to other resorts, but the food is generally flavorful and good. By the third day you can definitely see that the food is repetitive during the lunch buffet. A rotating menu can also be nice at each of the three restaurants. It can definitely benefit from more variety, food options, and more vegetarian options.

We’ve been coming here for years! The place is amazing but even more impressive are the Staff Members that have been there for years their attention to detail is incredible.

Nos quedamos en una habitacion con piscina privada. La piscina necesitaba mantenimiento y limpieza. Tenia zonas oxydadas y moho. El baño de la habitacion tambien necesitaba mas limpieza. La comida estaba buena aunque el tiempo de espera para los restaurantes era alrededor de una hora.. casi nunca pudimos disfrutar del.show en el treatro por esta razon. Nos quedamos en un hotel de la misma compañia en Punta Cana que nos gusto mucho mas y la habitacion y piscina tenian una limpieza impecable

Beautiful resort with snorkeling right there and nice pools. They are reasonable as well. We didn’t like our room service and they comped us. Very pleased overall!

Loved the included excursions and the overall beauty and vibe of both the Explorean and Fiesta Americana. Unfortunately,the two best restaurants with views are closed right now- and no one told us. It was a big disappointment because many of the restaurant options are without AC and the ambiance was severely lacking.

Great place to stay at. Food is good and all staff are friendly. The beach is amazing and many pools to choose from. Events are a top notch!
