Un lugar con mucho contacto con la naturaleza. Las instalaciones estan descuidadas y se ven viejas. El buffet caro para dos opciones de guisado que había, aunque si estaba muy rico… el servicio del personal es escaso y deja un poco que desear… lo bueno es que de ahí mismo puedes contratar las actividades, ya que no hay nada cerca…

Aunque nosotros llegamos un poco tarde a la una de la mañana cuando nos asignaron la habitación en el baño había papel mi abuela se quedó atorado en el baño tuvieron que quitar la puerta poco difícil para poder llegar al lugar está muy oscuro alrededor general no no sagrado

su correo llega a bandeja SPAM en hotel cotlamani

todo muy bien, el personal la verdad muy amable en la solucion de el probñema que tuve al llegar, ya que no tenian mi reservacion, la buscaron y la encontraron en su bandeja de SPAM, ya que no tenian conocimiento de mi llegada. pero lo solucionaron. ahi si mal para el hotel en la confirmacion de reservaciones pero si lo solucionaron rapido, afortunadamente habia habitacion disponible si no, no se que procedia?

Nightmare in Cotlamani.

At our arrival they intent to charge us more for taxes(16%), had to open my reservation to show them, don't have a restaurant and the nearest is 1/2Km. walking only, the room was infested with bugs even a snake after we had two nights, we were bitten by bugs every were, they never change the sheets during our 4 nights stay, intent to cancel and didn't want to give us credit. Very bad experience would give them -0.

Pesimo, la recepcionista mencionó que Hoteles.com nunca les informa nada, no tenían la reservación, tardaron 30 minutos en confirmar y checar en una libreta, posteriormente me dan una habitación llena de animales, no se si eran piojos, liendres u otro tipo de insecto. Tuve que solicitar la cancelación y llevar a mi familia a otro lugar.

Bien, pero.....

La reserva fue fácil de hacer y fueron amables, incluso me dejaron llevar a mi pequeña mascota, llegamos y todo muy bien pero hay que pagar en efectivo por que si quieres pagar con tarjeta te cargan un 16% más, las habitaciones están limpias pero las camas tienen plástico abajo, hacen ruido y los colchones y almohadas no son muy cómodos, todo esto lo suple con creces el paradisíaco lugar, las instalaciones muy lindas y todo bien, el problema viene a la hora de la comida ya que si no avisas con anticipación no tienen comida suficiente. El día que salimos dejamos la habitación muy temprano y fuimos al pueblo a desayunar pero después quisimos ir otra vez al hotel a nadar un rato y tomar algo antes de emprender el regreso y nos salieron con que teníamos que pagar $50 pesos por persona más $30 pesos si queríamos toallas, se nos hizo muy feo por que todavía no era hora del check out y habíamos pasado ahí la noche. En general bien pero son muy peseteros y deberían tener alguna atención con los clientes.

buena eleccion para salir con los amigos.

no es un hotel de lujo. pero bueno para ir a divertir con los amigos. la habitacion que nos toco, no servia aire-condicionador. pero al parecer, las otras habitaciones funcionan bien. el mismo hotel ofrece ecoturismo como rappel, tiroleza, y otros.
