"We have stayed at this hotel before and the overall experience has always been positive. The hotel and staff are excellent, and we appreciate their friendly service.
On this visit, I had requested connecting rooms or rooms next to each other when I booked and again when messaging the hotel, and they kindly assured me they would try to accommodate our request. Upon check-in, we were initially told we would be on different floors, but the front desk staff went above and beyond to get us on the same floor, which we really appreciated.
However, there was a minor issue with cleanliness in our room—the fridge had frosting or some kind of buildup on top, which was a bit disappointing.
Overall, despite the small hiccups, our stay was enjoyable, and I would recommend this hotel for its great staff and service."

"I was very thankful for providing my room to be near the elevators for it made it easier to get to after a long walk I am a Stiff Person Warrior and I have difficulty with my walking for to long I loved to be able to pick up the phone and order food in times of resting , I also loved the atmosphere in the casino with all the slot machines , and friendly helpful security , made it easy to go out and walk for a while and enjoy the outdoor shopping and music vendors and all in all I had a terrific time looking forward to returning very soon in August all in all it was wonderful !
