Heated pool per request. I would like to talk about the house in a second before you book. I recently finished a home renovation. Brand new bathroom, flooring, and painting. IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! The property is located in a working-class community, and it’s a pretty safe area with the friendly neighbors and close to the Strip. The property's street view is attached to the photos. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a sofas. The house has powerful Internet and three Smart TVs. All of the Smart TVs are with no cameras connected. The property is equipped with 4 security video cameras (2 of them are outside above the front door and the second two are in the backyard). Inside the house is a noise detector. It is a pretty quiet area and close to Smith grocery (5 min drive) and walking distance to Walgreens 7-11 and McDonald's. 6.2 miles (13 min drive) to Venetian Casino (Strip) Please note: Private swimming pool, HEATED (per request). A fee may apply. The pool heating fee may vary depending on the weather outside. There is no pool heating fee in the summer. In May, September, and October, the pool has to be preheated before arrival for $95.00\. Then, for each day you stay at the property, the pool heating fee is $65.00\. During the cool season from November to April, the pool has to be preheated before arrival for $150.00\. Then, for each day you stay at the property, the pool heating fee is $95.00\. Please let me know 24 hrs before arriving if you want to get the pool heated. Guests swim in the pool at their own risk. Children should be monitored at all times by an adult. The water dispenser and ice maker of the fridge are not working. You will see not fast drainage but not too slow either. Living room light switches are on the back side of the kitchen cabinets under the countertop. The backyard isn't perfect in detail, but it's really nice and you can definitely have a good time. That being said, if you are looking for perfection then my house is not for you. No smoking inside the house! Penalty 250.00$ NO PARTY/Gathering NUMBER OF GUESTS MUST MATCH THE RESERVATION. No unauthorized guests on the property. All guests and visitors must be pre-approved before arriving at the property. All other property details (check-in/out instructions, home lighting, pet policy, etc.) will be sent to you 3 days prior to arrival. All pets must be pre-approved and fit in the following category: Non-vocal, light-shedding, potty-trained, non-chewers, and non-aggressive. NO PETS ON FURNITURE. It is important to remember to immediately clean up after your pet. The pet fee is $75.00 per trip for each pet (for the 2nd dog may apply a discount). The vacuum hose is installed to clean the bottom of the pool. Improper removal and reinstallation of this vacuum hose by the guest will result in air being introduced into the pool pump, which causes permanent damage to the water pump. Please leave it in the water and do not tamper with the vacuum hose. My fur babies enjoyed their time relaxing on the patio by the pool. Unfortunately, it was a bit too cool for us to enjoy the beautiful pool. The house had ample supplies and was within walking distance of some stores and food places.The pool area was nice and had plenty of seating. The pool was clean. We used the gas grill once and cooked inside a few times. The kitchen had what you needed.The neighborhood is fine although it is obviously a poorer section of town as you will sew when you drive through. They wanted a pool and a convenient location with enough space to comfortably sleep 4 adults and 3 children. The feedback on the home and pool was positive! They liked their stay. They were a little concerned when they saw the neighborhood and bars/locks on the home. That's the only negative feedback I received. I would recommend this rental to guests who wouldn't be bothered by this though! It was clean and comfortable. I had no issue whatsoever communicating with the host. I didn't need to communicate much though because the clients had no issue at all checking in or checking out. Thanks for making the home available to guests! ##### Danielle S. Stayed here with my family of 5 (4 adults, 1 Toddler) for a long weekend. Pool was a huge plus for the HOT weather. House is well equipped, although we did not cook there seemed to be everything you need for doing so including a BBQ Grill. House is centrally located, 15 minute drive to Fremont Experience, 20 Minutes to Strip, 15 minutes to Summerlin. Accommodation is not bougie but is welcoming and comfortable. We were disappointed to pull up to a pretty run-down-looking house in what seemed to us to be a sketchy neighborhood. There was lots of pedestrian traffic. Once we were inside we felt better, and didn’t have any safety issues during our stay. The place is well equipped, however the beds are extremely uncomfortable, the air conditioner is really loud and so is the street traffic. ##### Stephani D.
