Paris Las Vegas Resort & Casino

8/10 Good
"The room was clean and the central location was helpful to see the strip. The Versailles Tower used to be Bally's and as such is a bit of a walk from the lobby - we didn't find it to be an issue, but did hear other people complain about it. They pool was clean and warm, overly well staffed with life guards but quite shallow 3'6", and a simple old school rectangular shape (definitely still serves its purpose, but is very basic compared to many of the other strip options). The drink Prices are atrocious and are barely palatable - if they were atleast tasty I may have been able to stomach the price. Staff were very helpful when we needed them, but we had limited interactions. Alexxa's is a fantastic restaurant with amazing service, highly recommend for multiple visits (breakfast or dinner). The casino itself is nice, but would rank behind: Bellagio, Aria, Cosmo, Wynn, Encore, Venetian, Palazzo and Fontaine Bleu. So compare prices and if you can grab one of the other names for a similar price, I may decide to go that way. I realize there is smoking in all casinos, but Paris seemed to have the smell almost baked into the casino floor/lobby where the aforementioned casinos had a cleaner smell. All in all a good stay, would honestly book it again since the price and location made sense, but just wanted to give would-be travelers a heads up!"
