Had multiple issues with the door lock and there isn’t much noise dampening between rooms. We could hear thumping from kids jumping around above our room and could clearly hear the conversations from the next door room. Made it hard to sleep. Hope the hotel will make improvements. ##### Daniel Séjour de 2 nuits en décembre 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### ZhengJie Voyage en famille, Voyage de couple 28 déc. 2025 Points forts : Propreté, commodités et état et installations de l’hébergement. Fancy IoT and AI enabled, need the KEE app to access, no room card for me, kiosk check in failed from photo verification. But overall check-in was pretty quick and helpful from Front Desk- really nice staffs! Bed is kinda noisy and feel unsecured from missing bolts - not sure or just it is, very sensitive co alarm, and they have 3 of them - just very loud when triggered from cooking e.g.: fried steaks and eggs, vegetables ok…. Need to open the balcony door and window plus air vent from kitchen and the HOVC. Enormous room space, modern kitchen. Short circuits happens sometime, especially the sockets inside the bathroom, gotta take the hairdryer out to avoid the circuit jump.
