The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The staff were the kindest people. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had an amazing stay, and the hotel was beautiful. We will be coming back!

This is a great retreat with so much to do onsite! Gym, Games room, pool, pickle ball/tennis and great restaurant and bar!

We loved our stay, everything was amazing, very friendly staff, amazing amenities: pools, the racket club activities, studio beautiful very well equipped and the complimentary laundry service on site.

It is very close to Universal Studios and offers free parking. There is a 24-hour coffee machine, and bread is provided in the morning. The surrounding area is safe, with various restaurants nearby. In fact, it feels more like a motel than a hotel. However, overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I also appreciate the friendly and professional staff.

J'ai vraiment aimé la disposition de la chambre, c'était très propre, le lit était confortable et le personnel sympathique. J'étais hors saison et c'était très tranquille mais les installations doivent être très conviviales en haute saison ou en groupe (piscine spa feu et tables extérieurs) L'eau potable est fournie à la réception.

This was a great place to stay for us. Spacious rooms with great beds, linens and cleaning service. It was quite sound proof from ambient noise and had great blackout curtains and AC. The pool was lovely in a quiet corner with great views. Breakfast was better than most hotels with warm options, excellent coffee, real dishes and staff prepping the entire service.

We can recommend this property, would choose again if staying in this area.

Quiet and spacious room, nice breakfast, easy access to highway.

All aspects of our stay were excellent. Staff went way out of their way to be helpful. They were friendly, very respectful and courteous. Front desk staff, maintenance team and room cleaners were clearly focused on providing superior customer service.

Very nice and clean, loved the free shuttle to Disneyland. Nice pool and hot tub also. Wish there was a coffee machine in the room but there was a cafe in the lobby.
