"I recently stayed at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas and had a very concerning experience. Upon checking into our room, we discovered a sex toy left inside one of the drawers. This was extremely disturbing and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and inspection standards of the room. This is not something any guest should ever encounter, especially at a property of this level. It immediately impacted our comfort and confidence in the room’s condition for the remainder of the stay. I do have photo evidence of what was found. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed internally, as this falls well below expected standards for a hotel of this caliber."

"The air conditioning did not work in our room the next morning I let them know and the woman at the desk co pletely ignored me. The coffe pods were 18.50 for 4. Most hotels they are complimentary. I had to find a spot to plug in the coffee machine since I could not access behind the desk to plug it in. "

"Quick and efficient check-in, friendly staff, room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a bit strange, almost as though you were in a closet with tile.. the toilet, sink and shower were all on different rooms.. very weird! But, it was only for a single night. "

"Check in through digital kiosk and QR code to assign yourself room keys was new to me, not as fun as chatting with staff upon check in but efficient. Always come to the Excalibur for the charm of the castle. Still missing the dragon."
