Starting with Gregory who delt with a very difficult check-in with an extreme level of professionalism and a level of customer service that is not the normal today. Ending with Christina (i believe) in security who expedited the return of several items forgotten in our room. And everything about the property wasn't 3 Star It was 5 Star. "Our stay was for one night to attend a concert. The perfect location to get on the monorail and casino hop. Last stop left about a 30min walk to the venue."
