It was a good budget room nothing 5 stars.. somewhere you can lay your head down and sleep and feel safe.. I didnt have the money to go all out in a real nice stay.. I would recommend the yellow penthouse to anyone that doesn't mind down grading just to conserve money to have fun on your trip...

Quiet neighborhood. Stayed in the upgraded room with the bathroom. Comfy bed. They had the upgraded cable with roku & all kinds of channels to watch. Wifi worked great too. Will be back.

Met more than my expectations

I visit Vegas about twice a year, and this is the first time I’ve ever stayed off the strip. The resort fees have made it almost unaffordable and especially not worth it! I decided to book a single room here, and did not regret it one bit, with a 15 min drive to the strip, I can only imagine how much money I saved not dealing with a $55 per night resort fee, ridiculous uber prices, and constant smoke. Guess what? I even got a refrigerator and microwave! Your don’t get that on the strip, no matter how much you pay! I’m bad with names; I think the owner’s name is Josh. He was very friendly and asked if I needed more toiletries. My only complaint is that it can be kind of loud because they are renovating the place to look nicer so it’s not a real complaint. Keep your room clean! I took out my trash almost every day because I would hate to see such a great and adorable property become infested with roaches. Some people mentioned that this neighborhood is “ghetto.” It’s not at all, just low income. You see much more trashy people in the strip!!!

Price was much better than other rooms, place was clean and the stay was comfortable. Would go again despite a few inconveniences. It was like staying in a non-special VRBO or like a friend's guest room, except I didn't see any people. Bathroom down the hall at that door. Space heater here you can plug in if you get cold. Room not centrally heated apparently but not too cold. Bathroom was cold at night, so I went over there an hour before I showered and plugged the space heater in. Figured if someone was in the other room they'd appreciate that. With no sink/mirror in the room itself, I was down the hall again to put on my makeup. Furnishings all clean & new, nothing special. Gave me a code to the outside door. I rolled the gate closed behind my car. Arrival was complex: Parked, lady said that's her spot, reparked. Then guy came out & said to go to other house 2 blocks away, guy there would tell me where to park, waited in front of other house, after a while guy directed me to park around back, showed me room. No credit card reader, so gave me QR code to web site to enter my payment info myself. Somehow I liked the relative informality. I felt comfortable with the people and the place.
