"The room was clean and very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Did not go to the pools but they looked really nice. Ate at Kassie Beach House and the food was amazing. It was just nice and relaxing… not crazy busy which I like. I don’t like crowds. No waiting for machines… which also paid out nicely for me and my daughter. Will definitely go back to check out the pools!"

"My flight got cancelleld and I called the hotel to cancel because I could not get there. They were sold out and I called as soon as Frotnier cancelled the flights to please resell my room and they would not becuase it was booked at third party.\. So I paid for the room that I never got to becuase of the flights being cancelled, and instead slept in the airport in the city I was supposed to be flying out of - and never made it toVegas where the hotel was booked because Frotneir did't have any flight going to Vegas or to LA for another 3 days!! I guess lesson learned."

"Friendly front office staff. Called to see about late check out but was on hold for 25 minutes and gave up. Also, the pools close at 6pm in springtime? Way, way too early for Vegas or any warm areas."

"The AC was not working: cloud of dust when turned dow, And broke down revealing black mold everywhere. I got refunded but do not advise anyone to stay there. Except fo the manager who agreed to reimburse me fully immediately once I showed her the pictures, the staff was absolutely awful. This property poses health issues. "
