"We needed a room for 3 nights and it was fine. However the building is dated and I suspect its wood construction so you will hear things you shouldn’t. We had to listen to our neighbour’s bathroom fan. You will hear it in your room until someone turns it off. "

"Everything was great. Staff were excellent. We just happened to stay there when there was new construction of a brand-new Hotel next door and across the street! Not great timing! "

"The lodge is located in the heart of Banff, and public transportation to the national parks were very easily accessible "

"Mostly as expected, roomy accommodation, buses were easy to access and staff were friendly and helpful. Decent spa options although sauna was out of order and outdoor hot tub was lukewarm at times. Only real gripe was towels not being changed upstairs and shampoo/shower gel not being. The indoor water slide is crazy and hilarious. Over satisfied with stay. "

"Clean room, great turn down service, friendly staff. Room was comfortable. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Vermillion restaurant had a good breakfast and dinner menu. Bowling was a hit with the kids. "

"The Spa and Hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed the spa.However, I had mentioned in the special request that we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. We don’t mind paying for anything extra, and the pricing details were clear. What disappointed us was that the hotel didn’t acknowledge the occasion at all. If nothing is done for special occasions, then there may not be much point in having a section for it when making the reservation. Overall, the food was great, but the experience would have felt more complete with at least a small acknowledgment of the celebration."

"The staff were very accommodating and the one lady even recognized me from literally a year ago! I had a good stay last year (2025), so it was on my agenda to book another stay here when I came to Banff this year. It’s nice there’s a spa and restaurant on site and it’s within walking distance to downtown. Very nice place!!"
