"This is the cutest property! I’m glad we found it and were able to stay here. Next time we will try the airstream. Would be a great place for a large group or gathering! The location is great!"
"Very nice little get away that's tranquil and off the beaten path. Tillie's (restaurant on location) is outstanding. Phenomenal dinner and drink selections with a nice and easy (still very good) breakfast selection. We will be back for sure. "

"Check in was keyless and easy. The kitchen was roomy, modern and clean. There was even a wine cooler. The living area was spacious, comfortable and light. The bathrooms were clean and the deep soaker tub in the master bath was a nice surprise. Our host was quick to respond, thoughtful and generous to accommodate our special requests. Overall, it was a lovely home and provided us with all that was needed to enjoy our long weekend together.in Dripping Springs. "

"We had a fantastic girls’ weekend here for my 40th birthday! The property was spotless, the location was amazing, and the hot tub and super-comfy beds were the cherry on top.When we first arrived, the main house had a pretty strong odor — but to the owner’s credit, he responded quickly and generously refunded us for the first night without us even asking. After running all the faucets and leaving the windows open overnight, the smell completely resolved by morning.By that point, though, we were all happily settled into the guest house which ended up being the unexpected highlight of the trip! It felt like a giant slumber party, and we made some amazing memories there.Overall, a great stay and a very responsive host. We’d absolutely come back!"
"First time to Dripping Springs and wanted to stay somewhere outside of Austin but close by. This home is perfect. The house is beautiful and accommodated us perfectly. Very comfortable and peaceful. Truly relaxing! Would definitely stay here again!"
"This property is beautiful and perfect for a family reunion. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a large square table on the kitchen that is perfect to gather for meals or games. One bench was missing so we moved a few chairs in. There are plenty of bedrooms giving people some needed privacy at night. The pool is large and the hot tub is perfect for small children to play in. I do wish there were a few more lounges/chairs and a few more umbrellas at the far end of the pool. You can swing the two they had over the pool and a few more would be really nice! This is our 2nd stay and I’m pretty sure we plan to come back next summer! "
