"Very nice little get away that's tranquil and off the beaten path. Tillie's (restaurant on location) is outstanding. Phenomenal dinner and drink selections with a nice and easy (still very good) breakfast selection. We will be back for sure. "

"I hosted a pastor's fitness retreat for 3 days here at this amazing location. We had space to chill and space to get in 6 workouts with 22 men. The facility is a dream for large groups who don't want to be on top of each other. I'll be back with another event just like this!"

The five separate houses gave everyone privacy, while the shared spaces—especially the pool and pickleball court—made it easy to come together and have fun. The property was clean, stylish, and well-stocked, and the setting was peaceful and beautiful. Perfect for a family getaway—we’re already planning our return!"
"Our family of 25 adults LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this property!!!1. It’s huge - with enough beds for everyone2. It’s huge - with enough ‘living spaces’ for everyone3. It’s huge - with a kitchen that has nearly anything you could dream of … 3 refrigerators, commercial ice machine, Wolfe oven/cooktop, 2 dishwashers … and everything else you can imagine!4. The pickleball/basketball court was AMAZING, the outdoor deck was ridiculously huge, the pool/hot tub were the center of our week.5. The yoga mats, free weights, poker table, ping pong table, bar were used all the time.This place is stunning … 45 min from Austin (Rainey Street is a must!), Dripping Springs Main Street doesn’t have much but Homespun Kitchen and Bar was THE BEST place to take 25 people - live music and fantastic service.We hope others will enjoy this vacation home as much as we did - the host and team were amazing! "The only thing was that a couple of times we had some people coming on to the property and one of them was like teal close to the bus walking his dogs and it was unexpected they were friendly but made us feel little uncomfortable but there was no problem "
