"Great location"
This is a great location. Very nice and clean rooms. Valet parking was a big plus and so convenient. Room service was very good and when the food came it was still hot. All the staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. Thank you so much! We will come back when we need that location.

"Reliable Brand, Great Location, Friendly Staff"
Hyatt Places are always reliable, with clean and contemporary decor, and friendly staff. I have stayed at several, and they really are a mirror of each other. Overall, enjoyed my stay, as per usual. There's nothing really missing in their service and hotel accommodation. That said, this particular hotel does have an Achilles heal...the valet service, which is subcontracted. Wow, just wow, I have never seen such a mess. The hotel is on a narrow street, and the valet team was so disorganized that traffic was backed up for 3 blocks at times, which I could see from my room; simply unbelievable. Naturally a few of the more tender guests had melt downs at the front desk about the valet team, to the point of being unfair actually, and the hotel staff handled them courteously and sincerely. Kudos to the hotel management for at lest jumping into vehicles to park/remove from the streets trying their best to relieve the issues with the valet team. Oh well, the hotel location is so central to all the action, who needs to drive anyway?:)

For only a few nights, when you mostly need a clean shower and bed, this place is perfect. maybe a bit noisy because it's near the highway.

"Great place, great location."
Loved everything about this hotel, except the sleep number beds. We got in very late and there was no real directions on how to set the bed #.....there was a remote of some kind, but couldn't get it to work right with no REAL directions, so I slept on the bed frame all night. With a bad back, that was not pleasant. However, hotel staff were wonderful and comped my parking fee. Next time I will be sure to ask for a "regular" bed.

"Nice hotel, university area"
Rooms are nice, but could've been cleaned better - mildew on bathroom walls and under that rubber mat (who knows why it's there anyway). Good hotel overall.

Stayed at this hotel for a girls weekend. Was very nice- beautiful common areas and rooms. Workout facilities are very nice, and the pool is pretty amazing- very modern, nice loungers, drinks/food, and music all weekend. Highly recommend.
