« Never saw any office staff - door was unlocked (as our email said) and all was clean and cute place. Coffee maker did not work but coffee shop was across the street. »

« Nice place very close to Rockport Beach. You can easily walk to the beach. It was also very quiet. Just two things of note. WiFi is pretty slow and it doesn’t have beach gear so be sure to bring your own towels, umbrellas etc. other than that great stay. »

« The property was clean and as advertised. There was a domestic issue with the neighbor and two men. One in a police car , the other laying in our front yard with blood all over him. According to the police and the other neighbors it happens often. We ended up not staying here. No type of refund but it was what it was. The property was cute but not a situation we wanted to be in the middle of to start our vacation »
