Davis, but nothing special, really, for the price. It was nice to have our own small cottage, but it was in need of a little updating. We happened to be there on Monday and Tuesday nights when basically no restaurants (save one) were open, so we had to kind of savage for meals. There is a decent market, which was helpful. Lovely enclosed courtyard patio where you could enjoy a glass of wine or a beer and pizza from the on-site pub. The room was large and looked freshly painted. The coffee pot handles both filters for pots and pods, a unique design. The heat pump A/C worked great. The side-street parking brought you close to the door, and the location was quiet.
