"The front desk confirmed we had 3 people on the reservation, however our room only had enough towels for 2 and there were no linens on the pull out. At 10pm we were having to request this get taken care of. The coffee maker was dirty and still had a used coffee pod in it. They did not remove this for the entire stay. Some of the furniture was significantly damaged. There was no fan in the bathroom and the entire room felt very humid. In general, the location was nice and parking was easy, but the walls are paper thin and the road noise was so unbelievably loud, even at 3am on the 20th floor. "

And the bellmen were outstanding. The room is awesome, and the showers were particularly incredible. I will definitely be back. "

"I realize this is a historic building but it definitely could be run better. We were not informed that apparently you have to request for your room to be cleaned. I am still not clear about that. Our room was not cleaned so we called downstairs and let them know. We were told they would come clean it while we went to dinner. They did apparently come to the room and put towels and a trash bag of toiletries so we could clean and restock our room on the bed. Did they make the bed? Nope. I really was hoping for a better experience to write about but unfortunately it was not to be. On the up side it is in a great location but there are so many other options. "
