« We wish every vrbo rental was like this one! Our hosts were extremely welcoming, friendly & helpful without being overbearing. Even loaned us their bag chairs to use at a music festival we went to, which were total lifesavers. The rental was so clean, I even felt comfortable going barefoot inside, which I usually am not comfortable doing. The place was well appointed with every thing we could have needed. Bed was super comfortable & the neighborhood was quiet & felt very safe. »

« Clelia’s cottage was a perfect place to stay when visiting Austin for our Niece’s birthday. It’s in a quiet neighborhood still close to area amenities. The space was cozy and spacious for us as a couple and the kitchen and living space would be great for meal or relaxing and the desk is perfect for a little work or web surfing. »

« We came to Austin for a weekend get away and this place was perfect. Neighborhood felt very safe. Pool was cool! And the AC worked amazing for the hot August days. Hosts were super kind and responsive. The home is connected to the main home, but hosts give you all the privacy (even at the pool) that it was like you had the whole place to yourself. It’s such a gorgeous home, I was in awe. The kitchen had all the appliances you need too! Absolutely recommend staying here. Felt like a luxury hotel...

« This was the perfect-sized space with all the amenities needed. It was close enough to the convention center (short 10 minute walk), as well as the east side of the freeway I had not explored that had many more nice restaurants and bars than the busy west wide of sixth street. I was pleased with this an alternative to the expensive hotels closer to the convention center. »

« We were in Austin for Thanksgiving weekend. This guesthouse was perfect for our needs. Check-in was so easy. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was responsive to our issue with the heat, explaining how to set the heater and even brought over a portable heater just incase. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in Austin. »

« TV never worked, AC was terrible. They finally sent over a tech after 36 hrs. He could not do anything about the TV and suggested it needed to be replaced. The toilet bowl cleaner was dirty and rusty. As a handicapped person, walking up and down a steep paved alley was challenging. Not worth the $$$ allwywn »
