"Incredible setting to feel tranquil and catered to"
This was a return trip for us and it was lovely. We are returning in a month and plan to make this our " go to " when we are in Austin. We have stayed at several high end hotels in Austin and the Barton Creek area. This by far has been superior in service, amenities and opportunity to feel pampered. The staff knows when you return and makes it a point to train staff on how to build relationships with guests. Customer service is about relationships . Travaasa is outstanding and just a heads up...they have incredibly restful beds!

Beautiful setting for the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay for four nights. Lovely roaring fires to sit in front of. Great staff.

"Beautiful hotel close to downtown, wonderful staff"
I was treated wonderfully here, staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. My flight was delayed 5 hours and they let me stay 2 hours past the normal check-out time. This hotel is very comfortable, with a large outdoor terrace and no hang-ups about smoking out there.

"Wonderful night in Austin"
Addy was awesome! He was prompt, courteous, and gave us an upgrade so we could be closer to our family who were also staying at the hotel. Executive lounge and staff were perfect for what we needed. Location was great, close to restaurants, night life, and event at the Long Center. We did not have to take our car out of the garage.

"Lakeway Resort"
I expected a bit more considering it's called a "resort". Nicer hotels/resorts usually have real glasses in the room, not plastic cups, few more bathroom goodies and plush robes. The bell-boy was very friendly, the room decor & balcony were nice. "Snack" table in the lobby consisted of water & iced tea in the afternoon/evening & coffee in the morning. Cookies, chocolate, fruit, or something would have been nice. The lobby & bar area were very nice, just not much happening. We were celebrating our daughter's birthday and wanted something really special, it was nice but not wow.

"Nice hotel"
The staff was very accommodating and was happy to help whenever I needed it. Huge lounge area so a perfect place if you are travelling with a big group for a wedding, conference, etc. The room was very big with a separate living area which was nice to have.

Four Seasons Hotel Austin

"Nice hotel right in the lske"
This hotel is right on the lake in downtown Austin. There is a beautiful trail for walking, jogging or biking that runs for miles! Work out room is really small but doesn't matter as much with the path right there
