"Our room was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable. We had a porch and it wasn’t clean. The outside can use some overall maintenance, some flowers and general cleaning up. Margaret cooked us breakfast and it was wonderful. She is delightful. Location is great. We are glad we were not in the middle of the Riverwalk. "

"This is going to be one of those "I wish I could leave 10 stars" reviews - - we needed a place to stay for the solar eclipse, and we chose this one. PERFECT choice. I would stay here again, zero questions asked. Luey and Norris are marvelous! We stayed in the third floor (The Cole) which was beautifully decorated and appointed. The morning breakfasts were terrific, and the hosts were genuinely warm and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to ANY friend or family member....

Adina caught my eye because the decor was so fun and unique and the pictures are a very accurate representation of the property. The hosts/staff were extremely and I felt safe and at home from the moment I arrived. My suite was huge, clean and well appointed.
