"The front desk would not give us bottles of water because our Hyatt Status was not high enough. Offered to sell us water from the "H Mart" for $5 a bottle. It's a shame to lose a customer over a .25 bottle of purified water. We won't be going back. Housekeeping was unreliable."

"Front desk staff very helpful cleaning staff not soo helpful didnt speak english... room was ok (talking about the beds) just dirty, filthy, room wasnt vacuumed bathroom floor was dirty like not swept , we had spiderwebs , toilet was not working, ceiling was leaking. Breakfast was ok and kitchen was clean but over all the whole hotel was filthy WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!"

"Was an amazing property for the most part. Food was on the expensive side as in REALLY expensive for a basic breakfast. However the reason we rated it so low is the bed. There's a firm mattress and then there's the concrete slabs CitizenM has. Staff had heard it before as their solution was an extra duvet cover to lay on. It offered little relief. I loved the location, amenities and vibe but those beds will keep me away. Lastly, the IPad to control the room is modern but like all attempts to consolidate all functions onto one screen, it is severely lacking in convenience and overall simplicity. Here's a tip CitizenM, just because you can, does not mean you necessarily should."

"My stay at the Fairmont was so wonderful that I didnt want to leave. The room was impeccable, the hotel itself is gorgeous and the staff could'nt be more helpful and nice. Loved it. Ill be back."

"Not everything in Texas is bigger. The rooms are small. No lobby. 8th floor lounge was closed with events, patio closed. Location was close to state building. but the walk required walking past homeless zombi drug addicts. I would stay closer to the river or the other side of the river."
