"The rooms, reception and staff were great. We chose the all inclusive but the food was mediocre. Breakfast was great. Fantastic location. Right across the street from the entrance to the Tulum ruins. However it was really hard to find because the outside looks very derelict and it is slightly off the main road. "
"I love how this location is very private. It has its private entrance to the jaguar park area. You also have access to golf carts that take you around the area where you can visit the light house, the Mayan ruins and other beaches like Santa Fe. We had the ocean front villa #1. Right in front the beach and near their restaurant Bokoba. Staff was extremely friendly. The waiter Jose went above and beyond for us. He brought us breakfast to our patio a few times. Was very attentive to our needs...
