We were appreciative of the low rate for the 2-bedroom condo. The building suffered significant water damage in the recent past. The laminate in the kitchen area was significant.the balcony was unusable as pigeons were roosting on the outdoor patio

The trim on the floor was loose. The parking spot was difficult to find. The dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen and when we got up to make breakfast the pot was broken and had no handle. This was quickly replaced by the manager of the apartment. The fridge leaks badly as well and it spills into the food you have in there. The shower water doesn’t get very hot and the mixer is not working properly. This apartment needs some work.
