"The hotel needs an upgrade for sure but it served our purposes and it had a three bed room was was what we needed. Room was very spacious and had a couch area. Free breakfast was fair. The lady who ran it was very busy making sure things were always filled up. She was very hard working. Unfortunate the Lunrary restaurant wasn’t open as I would have liked to try that. Saw a lot of families which was good. There’s a pool but we didn’t use it. Great location!"

"While your hotel is comfortable and offers fantastic pet accessibility (the dog park and the patio room with a separate entrance to the grass were perfect for our dog), we encountered several service and room issues that did not align with the premium price we paid. Housekeeping and Restocking Gaps: Upon arrival, the body wash was completely empty. The front desk mistakenly brought hand wash first. After we called back to correct it, we were told it would arrive shortly, but no one came that night. We had to ask a third time the next morning to get a refill. Skipped Room Cleaning: On our second morning, housekeeping arrived while we were inside getting ready. We asked if they could return in 30 minutes as we were just leaving. When we returned that evening, the room had been completely skipped and left a mess. Wi-Fi Issues: The Wi-Fi connected to our laptops but failed on all our phones. We had to rely on mobile data for the entire stay, causing an unexpected expense. Shower Safety Hazard: The shower lacks a door or curtain, causing water to flood the bathroom tiles. It became incredibly slippery and dangerous. We had to lay down towels to prevent a serious fall, which was a major safety concern for my parents."

"Power went out in this side of town. Rest was all good. There are no overnight EV chargers on facility?. The price booked on Expedia was less than what the facility charged. Front desk says that cal and talk to Expedia to fix it. They cannot do anything even after showing them the charges details on Expedia app?."
