"Overall a good experience. Staff was friendly, and helpful when prompted - have to ask questions to get information. Having pool and water slide specific time usage info upfront would be great."

"It is very nice one bedroom suite. They have all the cooking ware in the kitchen. You can make your own meal if you like. There is no room service during the stay but staff are happy to provide anything we need. The place is nice and clean. We live in the room face the pool area. It is peaceful and quiet. "Unfortunately, the front desk interaction really put a damper on my trip. I asked the staff member to reset my hotel keys because I couldn’t access the pool. He told me to “hold on,” went behind the desk, and then rudely told me to “come here,” as though I was supposed to know he was ready to help me at that exact moment. His tone was unnecessary, and we ended up going back and forth. A new guest who had just arrived actually had to step in and ask him to help them with their check-in first and then come back to resetting my keys, essentially giving us both a moment to take a breather. It was disappointing that another guest had to recognize the situation and de-escalate it instead of the front desk staff handling it professionally. The hotel itself also feels dated. The elevator is very old and slow, and the bathroom fan is incredibly loud—to the point that we had to shower with the light off to avoid the noise. I could have overlooked those inconveniences, but the front desk experience really affected my stay. A simple request to reset a hotel key should never turn into an uncomfortable confrontation. Hospitality and basic courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately this interaction left a very negative impression on my trip."
