Blue Mountain Resort Village Suites

Blue Mountain Resort Village Suites

8/10 Good
"We really enjoyed our stay! The location was fantastic—right in the Village and steps away from late-night treats like BeaverTails and churros, which the kids loved. The room was clean, the pool was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also really appreciated having a well-equipped kitchen. The utensils, pots, and pans provided were great and made it easy for us to prepare breakfasts and lunches during our stay. There were a couple of downsides. The room’s A/C would not go below 72°F, which was a little uncomfortable on the hotter days. Our biggest disappointment, however, was the sleeping arrangements. When booking our two-bedroom suite through the website, I specifically requested one bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with two double beds, as we are a family of six. When we checked in, we were surprised to find that both bedrooms had one queen bed each. This made sleeping arrangements quite uncomfortable for my husband, myself, and our four children. We called to see if we could be moved to the room configuration we had requested, but unfortunately we were told there were no other rooms available, so we had to make do. The pull-out couch was also quite uncomfortable, although the beds in the bedrooms themselves were very comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed the property, especially the amazing Village location. I just wish the room configuration we requested when booking had been honoured, as that would have made our stay much more comfortable."

8/10 Good
"Our stay was ‘fine’ Check-in was easy, but our room wasn’t ready till exactly 4 o’clock even though we arrived a little early. They texted us when they were ready. The front desk staff were friendly. Our room looked like it was renovated but several years ago, the bathroom was clean & nice. We found six spiders in the room over the two days we stayed there, luckily, I have a brave son who got rid of them for us. Plenty of parking. The pool was nice and I was glad to see they had a lifeguard. There could’ve been more seating. We were also able to reserve a time to use the outdoor pool at the golf course."
