Neither the host nor Vrbo offered any workable solutions. The host then provided different stories (lied) to the other guests and us when we contacted them. We were ultimately forced to find alternative accommodation ourselves. Would not recommend booking this property unless you want to be in excitement instead of a vacation. "

"The room was clean, however our bathroom door wouldn't lock. The rate was very low and it was just me and my two children so it didn't matter much to me. The kids had a great time, the pool was fun and the outdoor hot tubs were very cool. We didn't have a chance to use the outdoor pool. Hopefully the door in 409 gets fixed soon! "
