The photos he shared with us was from few months after the trip. We checked the file properties of the photo and found out he is cheating. The good review you see here is because he blackmails the guest with the security deposit he received outside the vrbo system Please be aware of this host. Don’t pay anything outside the vrbo system. The view of the waterfront is spectacular. This property has a spacious, well-maintained, clean and comfortable home for the 10 of us. The games room is was amazing (recently upgraded). It had a pool table, air hockey, ping pong table, darts as well as a great theatre setup of a very large tv and high end audio. Great way for kids to spend the evenings (and rainy days!). Professional linen service was a nice touch and much appreciated. The kitchen is comfortable and with new high end appliances which make cooking on your vacation much more enjoyable. The owner was very responsive and clearly dedicated to making our stay comfortable . This was important to us as we were travelling with kids and seniors so it was nice to know that Ed was available at any time for help with anything we needed. The only cons: a. the rocks on the beach. They make for great views but you need to wear swim shoes (no sand), but we knew this from the beginning. As well, at the time of our stay, we had to remove all our garbage and recycling from the property. This was a bit of an inconvenience. We brought it up with owner and he is looked into a paid option to handle the waste removal. Otherwise a gem of a property. Would consider staying here again. ##### Marisa P.
