It was around 20 minutes walk to beach 1\. The beach in front was nice and kids were able to dip and play in the lake. I loved that it was less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. The place was nice. Only downside were there were no air conditioner in the rooms and only 2 parking spaces were allowed. However the air conditioner in the living room area worked well and the location was just perfect. We love the beach location, it's on Area 2 which is not crowded and on that beach it's mainly the people staying at the cottages. The cottages are outdated and the mattresses and beds are quite uncomfortable but they are spacious enough and clean. Out toilet bowl was borken but we had speedy service and got replaced right away. The host is great in terms of communication,, always answering questions right away. The pricing can be steep but you are right on the beach.
